week 4 and 5 is hard to get by i got sick, one of the wrost in my poly life totally no voice most importantly i present the ocip chiang mai wif a jialat voice tt presentation although i can present the pts out i am still disappointed wif my perfoamce i use the word actually too much times facing 200+ ppl i was damn nervous anyway manage to get my pt thru

came week 5 mon i still got a bit of sore throat but i am freakin determined to do my csw interview well, ms brenda say i did quite well i didn't wanna tell her i managed to pull myself back not because this is an marks involved assignment but i screw up last wed presentation i wanna make ammendments tt is the real reason , well i am shocked she actually believe i hav the capablility to excel the 4th teacher who express tt to me in sp

this week i am beginning to recover i force myself to run even with a bad flu and gym wif ming even though i not tt well, i wan to be a hard worker, it is diff from hardworking after i watch the forrest griffin video i knew the type of hardwork i did is totally nth

i wan see the effect of combin silent achiever with a hard worker......

i somehow take this week to review myself in sch perfoamce i juz did enough not much performance time to wake up liao!!!!!!

damn i fail my basic theory evaluation ytd fuk man i retest todae pass with 99% score =), thanks for my mum connection i finally buy my everlast watch at a real cheap price........

down wif a bad flu and sore throat, kinda of weird how the hell i get sore throat where i nv eat anything tt is heaty, i guess the weather is the main cause

it kinda of sux where i have to present 2 presentations under such condition the chiang mai presentation wasn't realli well done in my own opinion although i managed to deliever is till forget some pts most importantly i was reali nervous dun wanna use my illness as an excuse i am do better in the nxt presentation i promised myself tt ................ lucky fri presentation wasn't my grp turn

i am still recovering, startin my nutrition formal report a bit, most importantly tolmo is my interview day i reali take this 1 like the real one and it means alot to me , every first time means alot to me i cannot afford to screw it up , still got a bit of sore throat hopefully it gets better by tolmo....

taking a rest for the moment, i need to recover this comin week i plan to do alot of things

todae we did our 2nd trial for the enzyme drink this time we are quite pro in it did everything fast fast... i and jeremy try the 1st trial sample , we muz be crazy we haven test the microbial level hope nth happen to us haha ..
the most funny thing we are waitin for the incubator to coool, it juz cannot drop tp 25 degree so we try usin the FAN to blow and coool it , blast the aircon everything , it was reali funny 3 of us holdin the fan to cool the incubator!!!

i kinda like the taste of the drink veri fresh and like champange, i am excited man hope the final product of the project is gd

work juz keep comin in i clear almost everything except mrs ser assignment gonna do it tolmo , started on fyp kinda funny startin to do the drink my me freak and wq were all so clumsly but in the end we managed to do it and got our 1st set of results i reali cannot wait to get the final product.....

my discipline is still gd i think i manage to settle those things i set for myself , juz a little laziness gonna get rid of it , i love the weekend where i reali sweat it out in gym and joggin release all those stress accumulated in sch .....

life has been made simple sports, studies and fun !!!
