my rugby training for holiday has ended i am damn shag after the training juz gald to be back in action coach think quite highly of me i dun wanna disapooint him i will be more frecoser in gamer aiya my spellin still weak haiz nvm 2 more weeks i gonna put my heart and soul to plan out the f and h thing 2 weeks seems long i wanna see whether i can still plan i gonna train damn hard i wan to get into the team i think food tech teachers teachin me still not bad got to noe abt their background a bit haiz watever i do i wanna put my heart to finish the job most impt nv do things the dark way
it all juz seems i grow up alot more but i stll dunno my main goals for this sem u all shld noe me results doesn't reali matter to me hmm seems like it is time to find the nxt limit my own bloodline limit juz gonna surpass it at each stage and slowly progress

i get posted to food haha song moving to my nxt aim liao i am restin long in the holiday i reali wan a break this break will regen me fully i am rdy for the nxt sem cannot believe it sia i kana switch to stage B somemore same class as dennis like 4d wood ppl all go same class in the same option erm i am juz watchin anime and do a bit of physical training when sch reopen i will fight hard for my rugby place in the ivp althought there is a high chance i will get in i dun wanna juz get in i wan be a super sub or even the startin 15, to start the first 15 is real hard so i aim to be a super sub nxt to academic i cannot wait for new sem i goin to finish wat i hav not completed
hope i will hav a better yr 2 life.........

this few days juz stayin at home i went to gym to train up finally 1 week grace is over i hav nv done anything to strain my knee i hope this helps i even skip todae friendly anything tt comes i gonna chiong for it even in gym i nv train my knee i reali hopes it make a great recovery other than this i chiong naruto animes this few days 3 days goin to episode 80 soon or even more now i juz wait for my nxt friendly ........
i hav no talent and ain't a genius the only way is to use hardwork to cover up my weakness....

i went to holland todae to play soccer perfoamce kinda sux my leg is still recovering onli score 3 goals i need to train up further and rest at the same time till my leg fully recover it was kind of shock i was able to fire a ball soo hard it broke the fencing down 1 thick piece of metal bar fell down wowo my leg power i hope slowly i find the best of it back soon i need it we r playin at diff pace i still think wif siva our pace will be much better beter chances for all of us anyway restin is over i gonna start gym training and some running ......

finally i went to check out on my leg condition i went to acupuncture todae my shoulder and knee it was reali song to feel the pain easing i got a new fresh body i gonna try it out on tolmo soccr if all is well i be back for rugby training hope to get some friendly soon i need to be better and stronger i gonna take this holiday and rest when sch reopen i gonna sports and studies all the way at the same time play not and nv will be a nerd

it is so sian after annual camp i 've rest at home for the past 2 days my knee is seriously injuired think the trek juz affect my old injury i hope i am ok by end of the holiday give me a chance again i still wana in charge of the RP it is fun working wif iskander and luqman cookin for 100+ ain't easy but this annual camo we did it the cheer r gettin better too i gonna share this wif all

i ' ve be restin the whole day todae ytd i overslp nv wake up at 355am to watch the man u match heng todae got replay think after todae i be either goin back sp to help out in the lab or training out at the gym gym training muz wait my knee hurts todae i dunno wtf happen i am limping todae i can feel the pain at the bone i hope it goes away soon i need to go back for rugby training soon .....

annual finally ended todae i was in charge of part b and the rp it was kind of crazy sia in the 4 days + the preparation nite i sleep less than 10 hours 1st the preparation ite i stay up whole nite then help luqman and iskander to sterlise all the cooking equipments then came the 1st day of the camp it wasn't like before the camp dodn't hav the mood of tekan but we can still build a standrad of tradtion which we hav been taught to follow 1st dodn't hav anything great juz ormally camp stuffs food was ok nia
2nd day i help rahim part to go pre preparaion of the orienteering at east coast park wif wei yuan luqman and zhi long whoo i reali cannot believe it wad rahim set is much more physical demanding than tt tim1 i plan for them 1 1 end to the other end 20 km dun be shock man we went to plot the check points dunno somehow they screw up a bit we hav no map to plot the checkpoints onli the place to plot somehow we manage to plot except for 1 it was a sunday damn busy then we walk to the other end the last checkpoints shit sia the cadets r here le i chiong back alone to tell rahim some other details i dunno wad happen sia i walk walkin damn fast back depsite my leg gonna crack my left knee shit sia now reali fuckin pain old injury last forever i think then luqman and weiquan slowly took their time back but they took cab halfway and reach same time as me joke sia i think i am quite fast :) hmm tt is not the end of the of trekking i follow them back to trek from east coast to gess lol from east to south u can guess how far we r bah i didn't care much i juz follow when the part led their juniors then i talk to the ncos in the grp u cannot believe sia they r tryin to outdo each other in the trek back wan get first but for my grp their mentality is rite be competitive but noe our limits my grp join up wif rahim grp we all reali hav a good walk my leg this pt of the time wanna cramp up my knee gonna break soon but damn song walk past lau pa sat, chinatown pt and outram etc........

finally it was still 2+ i am awake for 2 days not sleepin at all finally came to 3rd day i breakdown with all thos problems in the rp but ir ecover quick and saw everything to be done quick then came to the last nite i wath a bit of remember the titans damn nice show hmm i stay up whole nite to help luqman settle the roti jalah 1 by 1 we did it oh sjit not enough evporated milk heng i ask my dad send from the coffeeshop i was like seeing the ncos 1 by 1 knock out all sleeping finally we settle it the breadfast was good according to the cadets then came the camp closeure.........

this maybe is the last annual camp i attend but i had diff thinking from the other clts they somehow wanted some punishments evern some tough 1 on the sec 1 but i strongly believe sec 1 muz be patient as long we can make them enjoy the training we can hav the best chance to reali train them up as long ater this camp they hav learn some things most impt enjoy it part B and C r also improving evenutally part c won the footdrill comp and the ncos did their footdrill damn nice not bad

i was then remind when the ncos were under my charge during the trek mun wah remind me tt they shld participate the footdrill during 2005 i still stick to my confidence tt time part b they can still win the part c to my other part b ncos under me tt time thnks for all the help i think we train up a good batch of cadets .......

overall every1 was tired but enjoy the camp i miss out 2 impt evenut laser challenge and fearless haha i will find myself another chance .......

i watch 300 le lol i am stll 17+me pat dk jona freak and hero sneak in at cathay cineplex in ps the movie was not bad the spirit of spartans will be a hard 1 to break sometimes i reali wonder r they crazy they smile coz of a bigger group of army stand in front of them and they have alot to kill it is indeed the heart of a volunteer made up of a heart of steel take great pain and effort to break it mostly importantly u will hardly lose it alhtough the 300 deied but the comeback of the entire spartans army will crash the enemies and win the war ....................

i got my cem result i improve by 3 grades so i think it is ok maybe jona is rite i need to think real hard whether i wanna drop it is so sian

i be leavin for camp todae nxt few days no need to slp le but nvm i be lookin out for fun activities orienteering , fear factor/ fearless, treasure hunt, trekking ard singapore it is time to go into the wild and enjoy some fresh air i juz hope this camp will be a successful 1 i be back on tue see ya then .......

the curse of losin dota is over we play wif jona and linus and their friends own lol i ask jona and linus to promote the upcoming foc khair and ming kinda of not interested after tt we got our results happy wif it met my aim all at least B wif 3 bonus gems was shockin reali sia lol many things happen this sem sia i am tied up wif family problems jz gald all tt is over i noe my darkest period is over i was diff from last sem reali i feel like i reali lost a lot of things i dunno how to say some veri personal 1 regret it i juz didn't say it haiz forget it somehow i learn much with tt i bid goodbye to the dead rx finally awaken damn shiok ........

todae rain juz keep fallin down i watch the longest yard it was a damn nice movie i love the story line it is reali inspiring to see a group of convicts come together to form a amercian football team to beat the candy asses of the police like a sand all split a part they are able to come together u noe y i love this movie the jokes r damn funny the action was good mostly important the process is real meaningful i like caretaker the best he was there when ppl need him i dunno how the fuck in prison he was able to get those stuffs tt is crazy man i tot this kind of show was the reward for me after my good performance on ytd game
i went to vivo to slack ard wif my friends surprise to see my rugby team mates we tok till abt late evening before leaving the place same old shit my whole body is still sore due to ytd game but i am happy wif the way i play nv regret it ..........
